How to Delete Your Petwee Account

You have the right to delete your Petwee account at any time. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. This page explains how to delete your account.

Option 1 — Delete from the Petwee App

This is the quickest way. Open the Petwee app on your phone and follow these steps:

Open the Petwee app and sign in to your account.
Tap your Profile icon at the bottom of the screen.
Go to Settings.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Read the confirmation message, then tap Confirm to proceed.

Your account will be deleted immediately after you confirm.

Profile → Settings → Delete Account → Confirm

Option 2 — Request Deletion by Email

If you no longer have access to the app or have already uninstalled it, you can request account deletion by sending us an email.

Please include the email address you used to register on Petwee. We will delete your account within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email once it is done.

How Long Does It Take?

In-app deletion — your account is removed immediately.
Email request — processed within 7 business days.
Any temporarily retained information (such as payment records) is permanently deleted within 30 days.
